By booking an experience with Casa Colibrí, you enter into an agreement built on mutual respect, trust, and care — for yourself, for others, and for the space we share.

Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before confirming your reservation.

Your reservation is confirmed once both of the following requirements have been met:

• A $500 CAD non-refundable deposit has been received.
• All required registration forms have been completed and submitted.

Spaces are limited to preserve the personal, intimate, and welcoming nature of our experiences.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start date.
• Flexible payment arrangements may be available upon request.
• Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.

By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation terms:

• Deposit: The initial $500 CAD deposit is non-refundable.
• 30 days or more before the start date: Payments received beyond the non-refundable deposit are refundable.
• Fewer than 30 days before the start date: No refunds will be issued.

In exceptional circumstances, Casa Colibrí may, at its discretion, offer credit toward a future experience. Any credit offered will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

If Casa Colibrí cancels an experience, guests will receive a full refund of payments made to Casa Colibrí for that booking.

Guests are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of:

• Flights and other travel not explicitly included in the package.
• Valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents.
• Personal expenses and purchases.
• Travel insurance.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, medical expenses, travel interruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Casa Colibrí is not responsible for airline delays or cancellations, lost luggage, or travel disruptions outside our reasonable control.

Airport transportation from Mexico City is included when specified in the selected package.

Arrival and departure details, including transportation arrangements, will be communicated before the experience.

No refunds will be issued for missed activities or services resulting from late arrivals, early departures, or a guest's decision not to participate.

Guests are responsible for assessing their ability to participate safely in the planned activities.

Before arrival, please inform us of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, mobility limitations, or dietary requirements that may affect your participation or require advance arrangements.

Casa Colibrí is not a medical facility and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Our experiences are intended for cultural enrichment, relaxation, and personal enjoyment.

Guests are responsible for making informed decisions about their participation and should consult a qualified healthcare professional if they have concerns about whether an activity is suitable for them.

Depending on the selected itinerary, experiences may include:

• Traditional temazcal ceremonies.
• Meditation and mindfulness activities.
• Guided tours and cultural excursions.
• Nature-based and recreational activities.

Participation in optional activities is voluntary. Guests are encouraged to respect their personal limits and may choose not to participate in any activity.

Certain activities may involve physical exertion, heat, uneven terrain, or other inherent risks. Relevant information will be shared where appropriate.

Casa Colibrí is a space built on respect, consideration, and connection.

We ask all guests to:

• Treat other guests, hosts, staff, and community members with kindness and respect.
• Respect the property, local customs, cultural traditions, and natural surroundings.
• Help maintain a peaceful, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Follow reasonable safety instructions provided by the hosts and activity providers.

Casa Colibrí reserves the right to end a guest's participation if their conduct is abusive, disruptive, unsafe, or seriously disrespectful. No refund will be provided in such circumstances, subject to applicable law.

Alcohol is not included unless explicitly stated in the package. If consumed, it must be done responsibly and in accordance with local laws.

Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

Guests must not participate in activities while impaired in a way that compromises their safety or the safety of others.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout their stay and during excursions.

Please take reasonable precautions to safeguard valuables, travel documents, electronics, and other personal items. Casa Colibrí is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Participation in travel, excursions, outdoor activities, and cultural experiences may involve inherent risks, including injury, illness, accidents, or loss of personal property.

By participating, guests acknowledge these risks and agree to take reasonable responsibility for their own safety, follow applicable safety instructions, and inform the hosts of relevant concerns.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Guests may be asked to review and sign a separate activity-specific waiver where appropriate.

Casa Colibrí makes every reasonable effort to deliver the experiences described in the selected itinerary.

However, changes to schedules, activities, transportation, or destinations may occasionally be necessary due to weather, safety concerns, availability, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where necessary, Casa Colibrí may modify the itinerary to protect guest safety and maintain the quality of the experience. We will communicate significant changes as soon as reasonably possible.

Photographs or videos may be taken during activities and experiences.

We will request permission before using identifiable images of guests for promotional or marketing purposes. If you prefer not to appear in photographs or videos used for promotional purposes, please inform us in writing before your experience begins.

Your privacy and comfort are important to us.

By completing your booking and participating in a Casa Colibrí experience, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to read and understand these Terms & Conditions and agree to abide by them, subject to applicable law.
