Guest Agreements

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our retreat operations.

A non-refundable deposit of $500 CAN is required to secure your booking.
Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival may transfer the deposit to a future stay (subject to availability).
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
In the case of a no-show or early departure, no refunds will be issued.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

A deposit of $500 is required to confirm your reservation.
Please ensure the remaining balance is paid at least 14 days before your arrival.
Payments can be made via e-transfer, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, or debit.
All fees are per guest and include accommodations, meals, and scheduled activities unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave without refund if their behavior disrupts the safety, harmony, or well-being of others.

To preserve the integrity and intention of the retreat experience:

Alcohol consumption is limited and must be respectful of the environment and other guests
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the property
Participation in activities (such as temazcal, yoga, or healing sessions) must be done free from the influence of alcohol or drugs
