By staying with us, you agree to help preserve this atmosphere by committing to the following:

• Kindness and respect: Treat all guests, hosts, staff, and members of the local community with consideration and kindness.
• Peaceful environment: Honor the quiet, restful nature of Casa Colibrí and be mindful of others' comfort and privacy.
• Personal responsibility: Participate in activities with awareness, respect your personal limits, and take responsibility for your choices.
• Shared spaces: Keep communal areas clean and tidy, and treat the property, gardens, and belongings with care.
• Safety first: Follow all safety instructions and guidelines during ceremonies, excursions, and other activities.

To maintain a safe, respectful, and mindful environment:

• Alcohol: Consumption must be moderate and respectful of the peaceful atmosphere and the comfort of other guests.
• Illegal substances: Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the property.
• Activities & ceremonies: Participation in temazcal, yoga, meditation, healing sessions, or other retreat activities is permitted only when free from the influence of alcohol or impairing substances.

We reserve the right to ask a guest to leave if their behavior seriously disrupts the safety, peace, or well-being of others. In such circumstances, refunds will not be provided, subject to applicable law.
